Passenger Information
Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal information when booking. If any information changes before the tour, including hotel details or contact information, Machu Picchu Team should be informed as soon as possible so the service can be updated correctly.
Hotel Pick-Up in Chachapoyas
Hotel pick-up is included from accommodations located within the regular service area of Chachapoyas. The standard pick-up time is approximately 8:30 AM, although the exact time may vary slightly depending on the hotel location and the order of passenger collection. Travelers must be ready at the confirmed meeting point at the indicated time.
Tour Schedule
The published schedule is approximate. Departure, hiking, lunch, and return times may vary according to traffic, weather, trail conditions, group walking pace, local operations in Cocachimba, and other circumstances beyond our direct control. The tour normally ends in Chachapoyas at approximately 5:00 PM, but travelers should allow some flexibility when planning other activities or transportation for the same evening.
